One of the most important problems that usually every language learner deals with is to read and write a paper without errors. Teachers are always after the best ways to teach and make the learners to be more independent in their learning activities in all skills. In Iran reading and writing are two skills that they are dealt with more because most of the time there is no situation to have a communication with native speakers to use oral skills. Then, as a result, for English language learners receptive skills are more important than oral ones in most situations. The students with high level of education and even officials with higher level of responsibility, a big problem can be writing carefully and giving the messages meaningfully. By considering most of the learners individually, it will be seen that they try to learn the vocabularies and even grammar points in different ways like flash cards or writing on a piece of paper one by one, not within the context, “Even if someone knows all the grammar and lexis of a language, it does not necessarily mean that they will be able to understand a single word when it is spoken” (Scrivener, 2016, p.170).

– Significance of study

 

Writing is an important skill in general. It is important for every learner of any language because it works as a recorded and coded input and it will change to output through decoding in reading. the proofreading embedded in pedagogical program improve reading and writing skills, the significance  will be shown by encouraging learners’ familiarity with expanding the vocabularies and understanding the essential parts of the paper and paragraphs in a much quicker way.
